The UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) are delivering their annual event this May. The three-day conference caters for the public sector connecting investors, funders, developers, housebuilders and government to accelerate and unlock sustainable and transformational investment.
This event will gather all the key players within the investment and real estate markets to highlight investment and development opportunities, whilst connecting and facilitating new relationships to drive economic growth through development and regeneration.
On Wednesday 22 May, Inga Jirgensone, our group head of business development, will be joining a panel discussion on low carbon homes at 2pm in the West Yorkshire Pavilion. This session will set out the vision for sustainable housing in West Yorkshire and discuss practical measures we can take to attract investment for retrofit activity. It will explore how to prepare supply chains to deliver retrofit at scale and innovative finance solutions to make sure all residents and communities can benefit from this programme.
