Challenge

Anglian Windows recognised that to maintain their position as one of the leading window manufacturers and installers, they needed to provide their customers with the reassurance that their products were of high quality and would contribute to a reduction in energy bills. We worked with Anglian Windows to provide impartial endorsement of their products’ performance to give customers the confidence they need.

Insight

As a leading and trusted organisation within the energy industry, we work with manufacturers and trade associations to agree product performance criteria. Our Endorsed Product brand mark is a trusted and visible demonstration of energy performance and gives consumers the confidence that product claims have been independently verified.

Action

We undertook a comprehensive review of Anglian Windows’ products to check they achieved the energy efficiency claims and met our high standards.

Result

A selection of Anglian Windows’ products now carry our Endorsed Product brand mark, which can be used across their marketing channels. The glazing industry is a highly competitive environment and our independent endorsement has contributed to Anglian Windows’ competitive advantage and supported its position as one of the UK’s leading brands.
