Citizens Advice’s latest annual work plan provides a considered guide to their advocacy work for the coming year.
In our response we agree with the four main themes that Citizens Advice has identified in its workplan and welcome the strong focus on the consumer experience in a changing energy market particularly around decarbonising homes, net zero, energy efficiency and affordability in the context of soaring energy prices and current cost of living crisis.
