The purpose of this Call for Evidence was to seek evidence of existing approaches (regulatory or non-regulatory schemes and programmes) to improve the energy efficiency and drive the conversion of non-domestic buildings to zero emissions heating sources.
Our response signposts the Scottish Government to various international examples of regulatory approaches for existing non-domestic buildings.
