An ambitious, overarching strategy for transport in Wales out to 2040. We welcomed the long term view and the ambitious vision, but look forward to more detailed proposals in the not-too-distant future. We also felt that the issue of transport poverty, which is a particular issue in some Welsh regions, and the role of electric vehicles, could have been more explicitly addressed.
