Our Green Heat Installer Engagement Programme helps you discover funding opportunities, navigate current legislation and access resources to help your customers.

If your organisation provides high quality energy efficiency and renewable products and services in Scotland, our Green Heat Installer Engagement Programme can offer you help and resources. The programme is delivered by Energy Saving Trust on behalf of the Scottish Government and works with a number of key partners, including Home Energy Scotland, Business Energy Scotland, and the Energy Skills Partnership.

By 2030 Scotland could need up to 15,500 heat pump installers and 175,000 energy efficiency retrofit installers to meet net zero heating system targets. Are you prepared for these changes?

Heat in Buildings Bill: consultation

The Scottish Government recently held a consultation on a proposed Heat in Buildings Bill that will make new laws around the energy efficiency of our homes and buildings and the way we heat those buildings. The consultation was opened on 28 November 2023 and closed 8 March 2024. Watch this space for updates on the consultation results.
