...many will continue to spend more time at home, believing it to be better for the environment. However, without taking steps to ensure homes are as efficient as they can be, these good intentions could be clouded by rising energy usage and monthly bills – at a time when many are concerned about their financial security as well as the planet.Sarah Coles, Head of Customer Development Lloyds Banking Group

FAQs
Homewise is a digital employee benefit that helps employees tackle one of their largest household expenses: energy bills.
Using address-level data for every home in Great Britain and Energy Saving Trust expertise, Homewise creates personalised home energy action plans tailored to each employee’s home and circumstances.
For employers, Homewise complements existing wellbeing and benefits programmes with practical cost-of-living support. Real-time analytics help track engagement, measure impact and support ESG reporting.
Employers share a link with employees via email or intranet, inviting them to take the quick home survey on desktop or mobile. We can also explore API integration if needed.
Employees complete a short survey about their home, budget and goals. Homewise then combines their responses with property data and uses our calculation engine to create a personalised action plan.
The result is tailored advice to help employees reduce energy costs, save money and lower carbon emissions.
Employees receive a personalised action plan that includes:
Energy-saving recommendations based on their home and budget.
Estimated bill and carbon savings.
Suggested home improvements and indicative installation costs.
An indicative EPC rating.
Homewise provides engagement and impact reporting to help demonstrate programme value, including:
Employee engagement levels.
Average estimated savings.
Estimated carbon reductions.
Platform usage by department or location.
Data can also be exported to support ESG and CSR reporting.
Homewise is designed to be quick to launch and easy to manage. Employees access the platform through a shared link, and organisations can track engagement and impact through reporting dashboards.
