Camphill School Aberdeen

The charity used money awarded by the plugged-in communities grant fund to purchase a fully electric minibus which now provides transport for the children and young people it supports.

Camphill School Aberdeen is a local charity that supports children and young people, many with additional support needs. It offers both residential and day placements and is focused on taking an individual approach for each student.

It was awarded funding for an electric minibus through the plugged-in communities grant fund.

Watch the video to learn about Camphill’s experience of switching to an electric vehicle and the impact on its staff and the children and young people who use its services.
