ChargePlace Scotland (CPS), created and owned by the Scottish Government, provided EV charging infrastructure in Scotland for over 10 years. This network will stop being operational by the end of 2026, which means charge points currently on the network may transfer to a new operator.
If you are the owner of a CPS charge point for fleet or private charging currently managed by ChargePlace Scotland, join Energy Saving Trust as we delve into how to navigate the closure and what opportunities this presents.
We’ll be covering topics detailing the closure of CPS, including:
- The key facts on closure and where to find more information.
- Specific fleet considerations owners need to make when finding a new operator.
- How to get further support in your transition.
We’ll also be joined by guest speakers who will provide in-depth, expert advice and experience on transitioning a fleet or private charger off the CPS network.
You’ll hear from:
- Colin Smith, an industry expert.
- An owner who has already transitioned their private charge points from CPS (TBC).
Energy Saving Trust has run similar webinars supporting owners of charge points on the CPS network, including a roundtable discussion with charge point operators. If you’re keen to view this content, visit our webpage.
