Start at Home: how it works in Scotland – Wednesday 7 October 4.30-5.30pm

Join our webinar to learn about Start at Home, a Nesta initiative that helps heating engineers gain practical experience of installing a heat pump by fitting one in their own home.

Installing a heat pump yourself is a great way to build confidence, develop hands-on skills and better understand the customer journey. It can also help you prepare your business for growing demand for clean heating.

You’ll hear from Nesta and AltoEnergy, an MCS Umbrella Scheme provider in Scotland, who will explain how the scheme works and how it can be combined with funding through the Home Energy Scotland Grant and Loan.

Both the UK and Scottish governments run schemes making money available to both households and businesses to make energy efficiency and renewable energy improvements to their property and premises.
