National Grid provides four Power Up Wales advice hubs across their operating regions to support vulnerable customers and address fuel poverty.

Energy Saving Trust delivers the Power Up service across south and mid Wales and provides advice to customers on the National Grid priority service register by phone and via home visits.

You can contact the adviser centre on freephone 0808 808 2274 between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. You can also request a call back.

The advice provided by Energy Saving Trust helps customers save energy, reduce their bills and benefit from a range of additional support services. We provide a range of income, tariff and energy efficiency support and advice.
