How the training modules can be delivered are:

  • Workshops

Good Energy Advice training workshops for groups of up to 12, delivered by an Energy Saving Trust expert. The workshops are tailored to build an introductory level understanding of providing energy advice. Further workshops to build upon or expand knowledge can be added.

  • Train the trainer

This license provides businesses with a familiarisation workshop and materials, enabling you to integrate modules into your existing in-house training provision and equipping you to disseminate learning to new staff or provide a regular refresher.

  • Endorsed advice

An annual programme of training, assessment, monitoring, and top-up development that enables your company and staff to be endorsed by Energy Saving Trust.

Online training

E-training workshops

Covering a variety of modules and topics, delivered by an Energy Saving Trust expert. The webinar workshops are tailored to help your staff respond to customers with a full understanding of providing good energy advice. Further workshops to build upon or expand knowledge can be added.

Bite-size sessions
