Supporting businesses with vehicle retrofit to prepare for Scotland’s low emission zones

Next year, low emission zones (LEZs) will be introduced across Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee and Aberdeen to improve air quality. Older, more polluting vehicles that do not meet the proposed minimum emission standards will face a penalty if they enter an LEZ.

Webinars

During Autumn 2021, Energy Saving Trust hosted a series of webinars to help businesses prepare for the LEZs. These online sessions covered the impact of the LEZs, Clean Vehicle Retrofit Accreditation Scheme (CVRAS) approved solutions, which improve vehicles’ Euro emission standards to ensure LEZ compliance, and funding support available to businesses in Scotland.

The webinars were held on Microsoft Teams:

  • Get LEZ ready with light commercial vehicle (LCV) retrofit solutions.

This webinar took place on 14 November 2021 and you can watch the recording here.

  • Get LEZ ready with heavy goods vehicle (HGV) and refuse collection vehicle (RCV) retrofit solutions.
