Join us for a roundtable discussion on how to install electric vehicle (EV) charging at your tourism destination with particular emphasis on how you can work with your Distribution Network Operator (DNO).
We will have a presentation from Scottish and Southern Energy discussing their study into the alternatives to network reinforcement. This will address the challenge of increased electricity demand from tourist EV charging on the Isle of Wight.
Electricity Northwest and Cumbria Tourism are joining the agenda to discuss a project which supported small hotels, B&Bs and guesthouses in Cumbria with power network upgrades and EV chargers.
If you’re concerned about the key issues facing the industry there will be an opportunity to discuss potential solutions. This event is aimed at organisations that work in or with the tourism industry.
