Join our group head of energy, Laura McGadie, for a discussion on how to provide effective advice to households this winter, providing access to support for those who need it most during the cost of living crisis.
This session will explore the main ways that the advice community can work effectively this winter. This includes helping to raise awareness of current support, improve the accessibility of any help offered and identify and support those most at risk and not leave them behind.
Speakers on the panel include Dr Elizabeth Blakelock, principal policy manager, Citizens Advice; Rachel Jones, chief executive, Act on Energy; and Ian Preston, director of household energy services, CSE.
