Heat network skills in Scotland 2020

In 2019 we commissioned a research project to determine the skill gaps and training needs of the Heat Network supply chain in Scotland. Based on the findings of this first report, we commissioned the next phase of the Heat Network Skills Initiative – developing a mix of vocational and professional training courses to create a skilled workforce able to meet the employment needs of a growing Scottish Heat Network sector. The findings of this research are mentioned in the Heat Networks (Scotland) Bill.
