Housing Industry Leaders Cymru 2023 is the fourth regional event bringing together local authorities, housing associations, developers and the supply chain to discuss their vision for the future. Sessions will focus on how the sector will support its citizens through the energy crisis with Rt Hon Mark Drakeford MS attending to set out the core objectives of the Optimised RetroFit Programme (ORP).
Jack Wilkinson-Dix our policy manager, will sit on a panel discussion at 10.15am exploring the drive to net zero and what it means for decarbonising the housing sector. Jack will be joined by representatives from Net Zero Performance Hub and Communities & Housing Investment Consortium.
