Factored development chargepoint funding

Location notice

Please note that this page contains information and links most relevant for people living in Scotland.

The factored development chargepoint funding is now closed

  • If you're interested in being contacted if the fund reopens next year, you can register your interest using the form below.

Property managers can get up to 50% towards the cost of buying and installing electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure at communal residential parking areas in Scotland.

The funding helps people living in factored developments to have better access to EV charging.

Please note, only people who manage communal parking for residential properties, known as a property manager or property factor, can apply for the funding.

How to find an approved charge point installer

To be eligible for funding, charge points must be installed by an installer who is approved by both Energy Saving Trust and the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV).

Search our list of approved installers to find one in your area.

OZEV funding

OZEV also offers funding for flatted developments. You may be eligible for other OZEV funding in addition to our funding.

You should speak with your chosen installer about any potential funding from OZEV.

We are not responsible for any additional external funding you may wish to access.

Terms and conditions

We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. This fund is subject to availability and terms and conditions apply.
