To plan a retrofit programme, you need to do a number of things.

  • Assess your housing stock to identify the suitability of households for specific energy efficiency measures.
  • Check how eligible your housing stock is for the many funding schemes available.
  • Understand the varying cost benefits of different energy efficiency measures.

Our information and analysis services are approved and funded by the Scottish Government, making them free to access and use. They can identify the most cost-effective retrofit solutions for your housing stock, enabling you to meet regulatory requirements (like EESSH2), reduce fuel poverty, and help deliver Scotland’s ambitious target to be net zero by 2045.
