In England, Scotland and Wales, under the UK Government’s Energy Price Guarantee, typical energy bills will now cost around £2,500 until 31 March 2023.
Your energy bills might be higher or lower than £2,500 if you use more or less energy than a typical household.
In Northern Ireland, energy is regulated by the Northern Ireland Utility Regulator. Regulated energy suppliers are subject to a price control process set out by the regulator. For more information on how prices are set, go to the Northern Ireland Utility Regulators bills and prices page.
