eCargo Bike Grant Fund

The application deadline for the eCargo Bike Grant Fund national scheme has now closed.

A pot of £2 million was made available by the Department for Transport for the acquisition of ecargo bikes, to support green last mile deliveries. eCargo Bike Grant funding covers up to 20% of the total cost of an ecargo bike, up to a maximum of £1,000 per bike.

For reference, the Eligibility Criteria and Code of Practice are available to view online.

The eCargo Bike Grant Fund Information Pack answers essential FAQs, and includes an initial list of suppliers and retailers whose ecargo bikes were eligible for the funding.

Please note there is no funding for this grant fund for financial year 2020/2021. If more funding becomes available, we will send out an alert.
