'Energy Saving Trust provided expert advice and guidance to Wirral Council during the development and delivery of their Warmer Wirral Free Insulation Programme. They provided key insight into the scale and type of measures to target, options for delivery and the likely return on investment. During the delivery they provided Endorsed Advice training to front line staff meeting face-to-face with Wirral residents, and Home Energy Checks to enable important information to be captured on the door step and efficient action to be taken.'
